Jeff Gilmore

Jeff grew up on a farm just outside Bloomington, IL, and attended Tri-Valley and Bloomington High School before graduating from University of Illinois in 1990.  Jeff began his career in the insurance industry with MetLife after graduating.  In 1999 he helped start Benefit Planning Associates (BPA) and helped grow the company to one of the largest employee benefits brokerages in Downstate Illinois.  Jeff has taught several classes on healthcare reform to students at Illinois State University.  Jeff primarily works with large employers and specializes in ways to help them reduce costs and increase efficiencies within their benefit programs.  He has served on the Board of Directors at Project Oz and currently serves as an advisory board member for Soy Capital Bank. Jeff and his wife, Danielle, live in Bloomington with their 5 children, Jacob, Jack, Ella, Madison, and Mia.
